Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact
• Provide technical guidance, influence key decisions, and solve cross-team challenges
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure delivery excellence

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
• Deep understanding of application design and Salesforce integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
