Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on Agentforce, Einstein AI, and automation-first architectures across Service, Sales, and operational workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development skills with hands-on experience designing AI agents, workflows, and integrations that solve real business problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce Design & Development

• Design, build, and customize Salesforce Agentforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative tools
• Develop and optimize Agentforce AI agents to automate service, sales, and operational processes
• Configure and refine Agentforce prompts, skills, actions, and decision logic for context-aware automation
• Build Agentforce-specific UI components and automation workflows aligned to business outcomes

Integration & Architecture

• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Integrate Agentforce with internal platforms using middleware and Salesforce Connect
• Design scalable solutions using Platform Events, Custom Metadata Types, Queueable, and Batch Apex

Configuration & Customization

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and security controls
• Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce modules to support AI-driven workflows

Data Management

• Design Salesforce data models aligned to transactional and AI use cases
• Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries and ensure data integrity and performance
• Work with Data Cloud (basic level) to support Agentforce and AI use cases

Testing, Deployment & DevOps

• Develop unit tests and perform debugging to meet Salesforce code coverage standards
• Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipeline.
• Follow best practices around governor limits, bulk processing, and performance optimization

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of Agentforce implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5 to 12 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI projects
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flow
• Solid understanding of Salesforce transactional data models and modern data architectures
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and extensible Salesforce functionality
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Jitterbit is a plus
• Hands-on experience with:
• Automation components (Flow, Approval Processes)
• Prompt Builder and AI-driven orchestration
• Omni-Channel, Live Agent, and Agent Console

Platform & Best Practices

• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD best practices

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
• Salesforce Agentforce Certification
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
