Purpose of the Job:

Salesforce Developer position will oversee the enterprise-wide case management systems, maximizing the employee experience through the creative and technical use of the Salesforce platforms. Successful applicants will be collaborative, self-motivated problem solvers who enjoy meaningful work.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert regarding Salesforce, its use, implementation, governance, and development/customization
• Build customer-specific solutions on the Force.com platform using Lightning Components, Apex, and Visual Force
• Manage user, profile, role, and license configuration of Salesforce users
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Manage ongoing Salesforce object/field/record/page layout customization
• Create and manage Salesforce reports & dashboards

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer certification is required.
• 7+ years of Salesforce Developer hands-on experience in LWC, Lightning Flows, and Apex.
• Working knowledge in REST API, SOAP-based web services, Apex, and SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience or knowledge in Omnistudio is added advantage
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements,
• Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components,
• Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
• Self-starter who can multi-task and work independently
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Bachelors in computer science and other related educational background is required.
