About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components) and configuration tools.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and best-practice implementation.
• Manage deployments and work closely with DevOps teams for seamless releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 79 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer .
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers , and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits .
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and version control (Git preferred).
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, etc.) are a strong advantage.

Interview Process

The selection process will include 3 rounds of virtual interviews :

• Technical Round
• Scenario-Based / Practical Assessment Round
• Managerial / Final Discussion

• Hybrid (Candidate must be available to work from Hyderabad office as per company schedule)
