Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, good communication skills, and be comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders during US working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flows .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs .
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployments using best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL , and Salesforce Flows .
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture , Governor Limits , and best practices .
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, VS Code) .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
