Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce customization , integrations , and DevOps practices , ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce APIs . Configure and customize Service Cloud features including case management, knowledge base, Omni-Channel, and service console.
• Integration Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and platform events .
• DevOps & Deployment Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Gearset , Copado , or Azure DevOps . Manage version control (Git) and automated deployments across multiple environments.
• Performance & Quality Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Expertise Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud configuration and customization.
• Technical Skills Proficiency in Apex , LWC , Visualforce , SOQL/SOSL . Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
• DevOps Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools , Git , and automated deployment strategies.
• Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work in an agile environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Salesforce Shield , Einstein Bots , or Field Service Lightning .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
