Senior Salesforce Consultant - Technical (5-7 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills and the ability to think at anarchitectural level . With AI andAgentforcebecoming central to modern Salesforce solutions, architecture understanding, scalable design, and multi-cloud capability are more important than ever.

This role involves developing high-quality components, leading design discussions, and contributing to enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deployLightning Web Components (LWCs) aligned with business requirements.
• Build scalable solutions usingApex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Platform Events, and Flows .
• Customize Salesforce usingLWC, Apex, Visualforce , and modern web standards.
• Build custom user interfaces, web apps, and experiences on Salesforce.
• Lead and implementAPI integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Platform Events).
• Contribute toAgentforce(AI Agent) flows, data retrieval, guardrails, prompt design, and fallback logic.
• Work onData Cloud : ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, and segment activation.
• Participate in architecture discussions around scalability, performance, and data modeling.
• Support event-driven architecture usingCDC,Platform Events .
• Conduct code reviews and guide junior team members.
• Work with SFDX, Git, and DevOps tools for structured deployments.
• Ensure best practices for security, governor limits,bulkification, and test coverage.

Skillsets (Must-Have)

• StrongproficiencyinApex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Deep understanding ofSalesforce architecture , datamodel, sharing, and security.
• Excellent knowledge ofSalesforce integration patterns and integration error handling.
• Experience withRESTful APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding ofGovernor Limits, async patterns, and transaction design .
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices.
• Hands-on experience withAgentforce actions, data flows, andknowledgearticle access.
• Good exposure toData Cloud ingestion and activation flows.

Architectural & AI-Era Expectations

• Ability to think beyond coding and contribute tosolution design and architecture .
• Understanding how AI impacts solution design, data access, and system performance.
• Ability to design guardrails, fallback flows, and efficient data mapping for AI agents.
