Designation: Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Location: Remote

Timings : 3pm to 12am India Time

Job Type: Full Time / Contractor

Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Joiners are preferable)

Duration: Long Term

Primary Skills: well versed with Salesforce flow, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC),

B2B Commerce Cloud, frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript), Salesforce Security & Configuration.

Note: Candidates with only B2C Commerce / Demandware experience will be rejected

Brief About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Developer with strong expertise in

Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting B2B commerce

solutions on Salesforce, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver

scalable and secure applications.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise

Salesforce Development

• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC)
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Autolaunched Flows)
• Advanced understanding of Sales Cloud features and data model
• Strong frontend development skills using LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

B2B Commerce Cloud (Mandatory)

• Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
• Experience working with B2B product catalogs, pricing, buyer groups, and account-based commerce
• Knowledge of B2B checkout, order management, and integrations

Candidates with ONLY B2C Commerce / Demandware experience will be rejected

Security & Configuration

• Deep understanding of Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
• Experience configuring security and access controls based on business requirements

Integration & APIs

• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware or direct APIs
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Named Credentials)

Quality & Best Practices

• Experience in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment best practices
• Strong adherence to Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows
• Customize Sales Cloud and B2B Commerce components to meet business needs
• Develop secure integrations with third-party systems using APIs
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders in a remote environment
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint-based development

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Salesforce Certifications preferred:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II
• Salesforce B2B Commerce related certifications (added advantage)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum methodology
• Exposure to DevOps tools and release management
• Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
