Key Responsibilities

Drive Recruitment Sales and IT Staffing business development by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Handle vendor management, including onboarding and maintaining relationships with recruitment partners.

Lead and manage recruitment teams, providing mentoring, performance monitoring, and guidance.

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely closure of client requirements.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.

Identify new business opportunities in IT staffing and recruitment services.

Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

Strong experience in IT Sales / Recruitment Sales / Staffing Solutions

Proven experience in client acquisition and account management

Experience in team handling and leadership

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Good understanding of IT recruitment processes and vendor management

Preferred Profile

Candidates from IT staffing / recruitment consulting industry

Experience handling multiple client accounts and recruitment delivery teams

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
