Compensation: 9 LPA CTC (67L Fixed + 23L Variable)

The Gig:

As a Sales Development Representative, youll be on the frontlines identifying, engaging, and qualifying companies that genuinely need what were building.

This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role where youll hunt for opportunities, start meaningful conversations, and set up quality meetings for our sales team.

What you will be doing:

• Identify and prospect potential customers across relevant industries.
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls with a strong value proposition.
• Book discovery meetings that prospects actually want to attend.
• Maintain a clean, accurate, and active CRM pipeline .
• Consistently hit targets and contribute directly to revenue growth.
