Job Description
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Professionals with a proven track record in premium real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have the skills, confidence, and market knowledge required to sell luxury apartments priced 3 Cr and above.
This is a high-growth opportunity for ambitious sales leaders who want to be part of a premium brand in the luxury housing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales of premium residential projects (3 Cr+)
Engage with HNI clients and convert prospects into successful sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent communication
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and management teams for strategic sales initiatives
Requirements:
810 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury/premium segments
Strong ability to sell high-ticket properties (3 Cr+)
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Bachelors or Masters degree (Business/Marketing/related fields preferred)
Strong network and client-handling expertise in the Bangalore real estate market
