Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to support and drive B2B sales within the furniture hardware and fittings segment . This role focuses on dealer management, market development, and on-ground sales execution , working closely with senior sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales execution in assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage and expand relationships with dealers, distributors, modular kitchen manufacturers, interior designers, and architects
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and follow up on opportunities
- Promote product range including hinges, drawer systems, sliding solutions, wardrobe fittings, and locks
- Support product launches, displays, and dealer promotions
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback
- Assist in order processing, collections, and after-sales coordination
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates
Desired Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales within furniture hardware, fittings, modular kitchens, or building materials
- Hands-on exposure to dealer and channel sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of furniture hardware products and applications
- Energetic, target-driven, and willing to undertake extensive field travel
- Candidates from Nobiliya, Hettich, Nirvana, Hfele, Salice , or similar brands preferred
