Role Overview

Designation: Senior Sales Partner

Training & Probation: 1 month training + 6 months probation

Work Mode: Remote(occasional office visits once every 3 months for meetings/trainings,)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)

Self-driven, confident, and relationship-oriented professional

Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities for end-to-end recruitment services

Research target organizations and build relationships with key decision-makers

Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Lead and mentor the marketing team to drive business growth

Required Candidate Profile

Strong aptitude for Sales & Marketing (recruitment/professional services preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to engage with senior leadership and work independently

Result-driven mindset with team leadership capabilities

Women on career break preferred

Selection Process

Round 1 (Video): Communication, analytical skills, general awareness

Round 2 (Video): Interest, learnability, commitment

Final Round (In-person): Cultural fit & aptitude test
