Key Responsibilities

Build and execute marketing & sales strategies to drive company growth.

Lead B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.

Manage lead generation, conversion funnels, and sales performance.

Guide and motivate the marketing & sales teams to meet targets.

Understand market trends, customer behaviour, and competition analysis.

Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand promotions.

Build partnerships, collaborations, and business development pipelines.

Track KPIs and present monthly performance reports to management.

Ensure growth-focused execution and strong ROI from all activities.

Required Skills & Experience

812 years of experience in marketing and sales roles.

Proven experience in B2B and B2C growth strategies.

Strong command of marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales execution.

Ability to drive revenue, expand brand visibility, and scale operations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Experience in digital marketing and team management is a plus.
