Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Kolkata & West Bengal Region. Senior Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients and engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with key clientele decision-makers. Everyday tasks include conducting market research, presenting business solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves collaborating with the business teams to optimize offerings based on market feedback.

Job Responsibilities

* Identify and meeting with Potential Clients

* Visit local markets and onboard buyers (Retailers, Distributors, Traders, Resellers)

* Generate demand and enquiry for listed products from manufacturers & wholesalers

* Build prospect interest and trigger demand on the listed product and services

* Explain BONC Network platform benefits and product availability

* Create active buyer demand and ensure engagement

* Build strong relationships with market partners

* Regular follow-ups with buyers

* Submit daily & weekly sales activity reports

Candidate Requirements

* Basic understanding of sales or field marketing

* Strong communication & negotiation skills

* Willingness to work in the field and travel locally

* Smartphone & basic digital platform knowledge

* Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset

Qualification

MBA / Graduate with 1+ years of experience either in Ecommerce Platform, Business Platform, B2B, Digital Solutions marketing, Key account management , Media and advertisement.
