As we scale our US business, were looking for senior sales individuals who can own complex deal cycles, sell value, and close meaningful revenue.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Sales Account Executive / Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
This role is for someone who has:
- Sold marketing services or SEO solutions
- Managed longer, consultative sales cycles
- Closed $100k+ deals as part of multi-stage customer journeys
- Is comfortable selling to US-based decision-makers
You will own deals end-to-endfrom discovery to closeand work closely with strategy, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure strong handoffs and long-term customer success.
What Youll Do
Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Sell SEO, content marketing, and organic growth programs to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Engage with senior stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Growth).
- Drive deal sizes typically ranging from $50k to $300k+ annually.
Consultative Selling
- Understand customer business goals and position Pepper as a long-term growth partner, not a vendor.
- Collaborate with internal strategy and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Clearly articulate the value of tech-enabled, AI-assisted marketing services.
Pipeline & Forecast Ownership
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for the US market.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine ICPs and messaging.
Collaboration & Handoffs
- Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Stay engaged post-sale to support expansion and long-term account growth.
What Were Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 57+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in:
- Marketing services
- SEO agencies
- Digital / content-led growth companies
- Proven track record of closing $100k+ deals (annual contract value).
- Experience selling into US markets with US time zone overlap.
- Strong understanding of:
- SEO and organic growth
- Content marketing services
- Consultative / solution-led sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling retainer-based or subscription services
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and ROI conversations
- Experience working in fast-growing or startup environments
