Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager Staffing with strong exposure to GCC (Global Capability Center) staffing sales. The ideal candidate should be number-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building strong enterprise relationships across domestic and international markets.
This role requires someone who understands end-to-end staffing sales cycles, especially in IT staffing, and can independently drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development in IT Staffing & GCC Staffing Sales
- Identify, approach, and close large GCC and enterprise clients
- Manage complete sales lifecycle: Lead Generation Client Meetings Proposal Negotiation Closure
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build strong CXO-level relationships
- Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and business expansion
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Staffing Sales (IT Staffing mandatory)
- Strong experience handling GCC staffing sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in handling enterprise/global clients
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (Domestic & International)
- Highly number-driven and performance-focused mindset
- Strong industry network preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiner or max 15 days notice period
- Strong understanding of staffing commercials & pricing models
- Experience in handling multi-million revenue accounts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
