Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru, India. The Sales Manager will implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets through business development. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and driving customer satisfaction. The role will further involve market analysis, collaborating with clients to address their needs, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
• Sales expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong analytical abilities for market research and data interpretation
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge or experience in real estate or high-value asset sales is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
