Ideal Coffee Machines is a fast-growing premium coffee machine manufacturer with over 70 years of manufacturing legacy and 8+ years in the coffee equipment industry. We design and build advanced espresso and automatic machines for cafs, hotels, and chains across India and international markets.

We are expanding aggressively and looking for a high-ownership Senior Sales Manager who can drive institutional and caf sales.

Role Overview

This is a core revenue-driving role responsible for generating new business, handling key accounts, and closing high-value machine sales across cafs, chains, and hospitality clients.

You will work directly with the leadership team and represent the brand at experience centres, client sites, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and close sales for coffee machines and related equipment
  • Handle caf owners, chains, hotels, and corporate clients
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead meeting demo closure
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and pipeline tracking
  • Handle key accounts and repeat clients
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams
  • Conduct client demos at experience centres
  • Travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build long-term client relationships

  • Ideal Candidate
    • 510 years of B2B sales experience
    • Experience in coffee machines / HoReCa / premium equipment preferred
    • Strong network in caf or hospitality industry
    • Confident closer with ownership mindset
    • Comfortable with field sales and travel
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Target-driven and proactive
