Location: Gurgaon (Handling Bangalore Market Outbound Sales)

About the role: Were looking for a high-energy Senior Hotel Sales Manager to drive Bangalore corporate sales remotely from Gurgaon. This is an outbound-heavy role focused on building and closing enterprise relationships in the Bangalore market. This is not a passive account management role you will actively hunt, build a pipeline, close deals, and own revenue for Bangalore. You will operate like a mini-founder for your territory.

Responsibilities:

• Hunt and close Bangalore-based corporate, startup, relocation & long-stay clients
• Build and manage a strong outbound B2B pipeline for the Bangalore market
• Crack partnerships with HR Heads, Travel Managers, Admins & Founders
• Own monthly room revenue targets for Bangalore
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and bulk deals
• Represent the company within the Bangalore corporate ecosystem

Requirements:

• 5- 7 years in hotel / B2B hospitality sales
• Strong outbound corporate sales & deal-closing experience
• Prior exposure to the Bangalore corporate market with an active network
• Target-driven, persuasive, and comfortable working in high-ownership environments
