About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who can build an empire of revenue for an organisation and for their own. This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This is a leadership role focused on team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
Client Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
Leadership Opportunities: In this role, you will also manage a team, providing mentorship and leadership that fosters professional growth and drives collective success. Qualifications:
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
Knowledge of the real estate market.
Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience: Minimum of 3- 5 years in Sales.
Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Market Insight: Familiarity with the Mumbai commercial real estate market is a plus.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
