Role Overview
Were seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our growing Sales Leadership Team in Gurugram. This is a key leadership position responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high-performing sales function in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance sales team
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead onboarding, training, and continuous development of sales talent
- Set and maintain quality, conversion, and performance benchmarks
- Monitor KPIs, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure consistent sales outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
- 48 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience in building sales teams from the ground up
- Strong background in the travel industry (including both long and short haul)
- Deep expertise in sales training, coaching, and quality management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
