Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound enterprise leads to assess interest, fit, and readiness for the clients products and solutions.
- Conduct structured qualification and discovery conversations to understand business challenges, priorities, and potential AI use cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, activity, and pipeline status within our systems
- Participate in client and team calls to gain exposure to enterprise sales processes and account management practices.
- Track and report key activity metrics to measure performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate curiosity, professionalism, and growth mindset in every interaction.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with solution sales, including outbound and inbound engagement.
- Knowledge of software, AI, or cloud-based technologies.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills.
- High motivation to learn, take feedback, and progress within enterprise sales.
Role Activities:
- Work with Microsoft key account team members ATU,CSAM, CSA, and Partner to understand current account status
- Lead solution discovery to validate and/or generate intent with BDMs and TDMs.
- Identify business objectives, sponsors, and establish regular ROB cadence with account teams & customer
- Deliver demos/art of possible presentations
- Understand competitive landscape and articulate Microsoft differentiators
- Identify deployment/adoption needs & resources, create adoption plan, and investment (Partner, Unified, ECIF, etc.)
- Create milestone in MSX by workload and update as needed
- Orchestrate across Microsoft and Partner resources to mitigate technical blockers and allow deployment/adoption plan is executed
- Identify upsell opportunities and re-engage account team
- Provide weekly insights and measured feedback regarding Voice of the customer to allow this motion can be expanded and have the desired impact
Role Outcomes:
- Support the Increase monthly active usage (MAU) across Chat and 1P agents.
- Generate pipeline and target a percentage of committed pipeline is completed w/in quarter, in accordance with the KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for Unified Agreement expansion to support MW workloads
