ZUUMM is an AI-powered travel platform built for the modern traveller. From curated holiday packages and flights to visas and concierge services, ZUUMM combines the intelligence of AI with the warmth of expert human support. As we scale our B2B vertical, we're looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to own and grow partnerships with corporate travel buyers and travel agencies across India.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing relationships with clients and partners, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves presenting Zuumm's platform to prospective customers, negotiating deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth. You will be ZUUMM's boots on the ground in Bangalore, building and managing B2B relationships with corporate accounts and travel agencies. This is a hunter role - you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and be accountable for revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify, prospect, and onboard corporate travel accounts and travel agencies in Bangalore and surrounding markets

Own end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets


Account Management

Nurture and grow existing B2B accounts, driving repeat bookings and upsells

Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction

Gather partner feedback and relay product insights to internal teams


Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the marketing team on B2B campaigns and partner promotions

Coordinate with the product team to customise ZUUMM offerings for corporate clients

Provide weekly pipeline and performance reports to the CEO/Sales Head


Qualifications

  • Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Partnership Building
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to identify market trends and execute revenue-generating strategies
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and basic CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


Must Have:

35 years of B2B sales experience in travel, SaaS, or hospitality

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience selling to corporate travel managers or travel agency owners

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Kannada/Hindi


Good to Have

Existing network of corporate travel buyers or TMCs in Bangalore

Experience with AI-powered travel or tech-first travel products

Familiarity with GDS platforms or OTA landscape
