Vidastu Developers is a real estate company based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, focused on selling builder-led residential projects (apartments/penthouses). The role will primarily cover premium, amenity-rich residential developments similar to Eldeco Ballads of Blissa high-rise residential project on the Yamuna Expressway corridor offering 2/3 BR homes/penthouses with large-format amenities and site-based sales coordination.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Greater Noida. You will work on actionable, high-intent leads (provided by Vidastu) and convert them into site visits and bookings for builder projects. You will own the end-to-end sales cyclequalification, pitching, site visits, negotiations, documentation coordination, and closurewhile maintaining a strong pipeline and monthly performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work on company-provided actionable leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: first contact qualification site visit negotiation closure.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with builder field/sales offices when required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Share regular updates on pipeline status, follow-ups, and closures (CRM/Reports).
  • Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking.
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure high satisfaction.


Compensation & Incentives

  • Fixed salary: 22,000/month (negotiable based on experience and performance)
  • Incentives: 20,00050,000 per closing (project-dependent)
  • Local travel support: Transportation for site/field office visits will be provided by Vidastu (as per policy)


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct basic Market Research and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting/analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred; car/property/any high-ticket sales acceptable).
