Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of our EMS tool to top-tier brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development (BD) with high-profile clients, excelling at building relationships with Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and other key decision-makers. This role focuses on explaining the value of our EMS tool, demonstrating how it incorporates carbon footprint analysis into marketing and advertising activities across channels like Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), Event, Social Media, Print, and more. You will play a pivotal role in helping brands achieve sustainable marketing goals while expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect top brands in industries such as consumer goods, retail, technology, and media, focusing on those with large-scale marketing operations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CMOs and marketing leaders, leveraging your network to secure meetings and partnerships.
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of our EMS tool, including its integration with our advanced carbon footprint calculator, to demonstrate how it can track and reduce emissions from advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to incorporate carbon footprint insights into their marketing strategies, such as optimizing OOH billboards for lower material waste, analyzing DOOH energy consumption, measuring social media campaign impacts, evaluating print media sustainability, and integrating across other channels like events or digital ads.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and demos that highlight real-world applications, ROI, and environmental benefits of embedding our tools in clients' workflows.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic BD efforts, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, marketing, and advertising to position our EMS tool as a must-have solution.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions to refine our offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong focus on engaging top brands and their executive teams (e.g., CMOs).
  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, sustainability tools, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with marketing and advertising channels, including OOH, DOOH, Event, social media, print, and digital platforms.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts (e.g., carbon footprint calculations and EMS integrations) in a clear, persuasive manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of connecting with C-level executives in top brands.
  • Analytical mindset to understand client needs and tailor solutions for incorporating sustainability metrics into advertising activities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), presentation software, and basic knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol) is a plus.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to helping brands reduce their carbon footprint through innovative tools.
