Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and full-cycle sales execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and Globally
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers


Promote Solvix Asias solutions:

  • Employer of Record (EOR)
  • Recruitment & Executive Search
  • Contract Staffing / Workforce Solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitching
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and sales forecasting


Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in Recruitment agency / staffing industry OR EOR / HR solutions / B2B services sales.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of hiring trends in Singapore / Southeast Asia
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
