Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and building lasting relationships within the security technology sector. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, delivering customized solutions to clients, meeting sales targets, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, and Effective Problem-Solving abilities
• Knowledge of Security Solutions or Technology Products;
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Results-driven mindset and capability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment

Consultative/solution selling ability to understand customer needs & design tailored GCC-related offerings

Strong CXO / enterprise relationships ability to engage senior leaders (CIO, CTO, CFO)

Pipeline management build, forecast, and close deals

Strategic selling align solutions to business problems (not just tech features)
