Location : Delhi NCR

Roles & Responsiblity

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key Account.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned region
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution
• Present product solutions to clients and explain product benefits
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Participate in sales strategy planning and market expansion initiatives
• Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and closing sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of market analysis and sales planning
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing market conditions
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales reporting tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the smart glass or construction industry is a plus
