We are seeking an energetic and result-drivenReal Estate Sales Executiveto manage client site visits, follow-ups, and deal closures for our residential real estate projects in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship building, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manageclient site visitsfor residential projects
- Follow up with prospective buyers and nurture leads
- Present project details, pricing, and offerings to clients
- Handle negotiations andclose sales deals
- Maintain regular communication with prospects
- Coordinate with CRM and management teams
- Update lead status and client interactions in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer experience during the sales process
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience inreal estate sales preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in Hindi & English
