Job Role Summary:

Responsible for complete lead-to-closure management, client consultation, site evaluation, coordination with internal teams, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring process compliance and high client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all assigned leads (walk-ins, digital, references, channel partners).
  • First response within 515 minutes and structured follow-up.
  • Qualify leads (budget, plot status, scope, timeline).
  • Conduct detailed client consultation and explain company process (design to handover).
  • Mandatory site visit before proposal and costing.
  • Coordinate with design & estimation team for timely 2D/3D, BOQ, and costing.
  • Clearly explain proposal and cost breakup to clients.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
  • Ensure booking amount collection and approved margin closure.
  • Maintain daily CRM updates and follow company SOPs.
  • Act as single point of contact till project kickoff.
  • Stay updated on materials, market rates, and competitors.
