Senior Sales Executive

Location: Green Park, Delhi (On-site)

Role Type: Full-Time, 10am-6pm, 6 days a week

Experience: 15 years in Sales (Healthcare/Wellness preferred but not mandatory)

Redial Clinic is a doctor-led metabolic health startup focused on reversing diabetes, hypertension, obesity and PCOS through evidence-based lifestyle medicine. We combine medical expertise, structured nutrition, strength training and precision monitoring to deliver long-term remission ethically, transparently, and with empathy.

As our brand grows rapidly across Delhi NCR, were looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who can convert warm leads into delighted, long-term clients.

• Excellent communication in English + Hindi
• Comfort with medical terminology (we will train you)
• Strong empathy and ability to explain value logically
• Ability to manage 4060 leads per week
• Discipline with CRM hygiene and follow-ups

Good-to-Have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, fitness, wellness, or diagnostic sales
• Basic understanding of diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic health
• Prior usage of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)

Key KPIs

• Lead-to-Consultation Conversion %
• Consultation-to-Sales Conversion %
• Follow-up Discipline (within CRM)
• Revenue Closed per Month
• Patient NPS (for sales experience)
