We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in composite materials for the wind energy sector . This role will play a key part in expanding our footprint with wind OEMs, blade manufacturers, and tier-1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development and sales growth in the wind composites segment
- Build and manage relationships with wind turbine OEMs, blade manufacturers, and key accounts
- Identify new market opportunities, projects, and partnerships
- Work closely with technical, R&D, and operations teams to support customer requirements
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, and closures
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Achieve revenue targets and support strategic growth plans
- Proven experience in composites / resins / adhesives / prepregs / fiberglass / carbon fiber
- Strong exposure to the wind energy industry (blade manufacturing preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively over all India.
