Senior Sales Executive Composites (Wind Industry)


Industry: Wind Energy | Composites | Advanced Materials


Experience: 612 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in composite materials for the wind energy sector . This role will play a key part in expanding our footprint with wind OEMs, blade manufacturers, and tier-1 suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and sales growth in the wind composites segment
  • Build and manage relationships with wind turbine OEMs, blade manufacturers, and key accounts
  • Identify new market opportunities, projects, and partnerships
  • Work closely with technical, R&D, and operations teams to support customer requirements
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, and closures
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Achieve revenue targets and support strategic growth plans


Desired Profile
  • Proven experience in composites / resins / adhesives / prepregs / fiberglass / carbon fiber
  • Strong exposure to the wind energy industry (blade manufacturing preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively over all India.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
