Reporting to: Sales Manager / Regional Head
To drivenew customer acquisition and sales growth for PrintUnitysbatch coding & marking machines by engaging directly with manufacturing plants, conducting demos, supporting trials, and closing orders.
- Visit factories and production plants regularly
- Generate new leads and develop new customer accounts
- Promote and sellCIJ / TIJ / Laser / TTO coding machines
- Coordinate and supporton-site demos and trials
- Prepare quotations and follow up till order closure
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets
- Support installation coordination and customer handover
- Upsellconsumables, spares, and AMC contracts
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- 25 years of B2B sales experience
- Exposure toindustrial products / machinery / automation
- Comfortable withfield sales and plant visits
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Coding & marking machines
- Packaging machinery / industrial automation
- Pharma / FMCG plant selling experience
- Strong prospecting and follow-up ability
- Basic technical understanding of machines
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
