Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate shall have experience in Sales of Tools, Dies & Punches in Pharma and Non Pharma Industry.
  • He shall handle team of members.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency to achieve targets
  • Drive and increase market share of Parle Tooling in the South region
  • Support customers with technical inputs to close business
  • Provide expert technical knowledge on tooling products
  • Handle troubleshooting, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers
  • Build and sustain strong relationships across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore
  • Maintain and update sales reports, MIS, enquiries, leads, and customer accounts
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics) with Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales within pharma and food & beverage equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
