We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include generating and following up on leads, conducting market research, closing deals, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. As a senior team member, you will also mentor junior colleagues, provide strategic input, and contribute to business growth initiatives.

• Client relationship management and customer service skills to build trust and foster strong client connections.
• Market research and networking skills to identify opportunities and maintain industry connections.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Experience in a real estate or similar sales-focused industry preferred.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
