Role Description

MoneyTree Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our esteemed team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting property presentations, leveraging market insights to recommend investment opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining productive relationships with developers and customers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to the overall sales strategy will also be essential.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales acumen, with demonstrated ability in sales negotiation, relationship management, and meeting sales goals
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and understanding of real estate market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related domain is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Noida and surrounding property markets is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong client-focused approach
