Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive for the Middle East Territory is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan tailored to the Middle East market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to meet revenue targets. The Senior Sales Executive will lead negotiations, develop proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions for clients. The role requires an entrepreneurial approach to market penetration, superior account management, and developing a solid understanding of the companys technology products and services.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on enterprise solutions like SAP, AI/ML, RPA, or SFDC.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, supply chain management, eCommerce, and finance processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Ability to design and execute strategic sales plans tailored to meet the unique needs of the Middle Eastern market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and recommend effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in crafting and presenting engaging proposals and reports for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East market would be a strong plus.
