Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive, based on-site in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and product delivery. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth while staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities, including verbal and written skills
- Ability to make 70-100 calls per day as the sales cycle is fast and transactional
- Experience in market research and sales strategy development
- Team collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the minerals and chemicals industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Speaking and understanding of different languages would be given preference
