Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven Precious Sales Executive to join our team as an Individual Contributor (IC). This role involves managing HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients through an inside sales model and driving high-value transactions. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of gemstones and the ability to consult, educate, and influence premium customers.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage and convert high-value leads through inside sales channels (phone, video calls, online consultations).

Handle HNI and premium customers, providing personalized and consultative sales support.

Drive high AOV and revenue generation by closing large-ticket gemstone transactions.

Educate clients on gemstone quality, certification, origin, pricing, and care, building trust and credibility.

Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Accurately capture customer interactions, lead status, and sales outcomes in CRM systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to fulfillment.

Stay updated on gemstone trends, pricing, and market dynamics.


Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in gems, jewelry, luxury, or premium product segments.

Proven experience managing HNI clients and closing high-value / high AOV deals.

Strong knowledge and understanding of gemstones (precious and/or mid-precious stones).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience working as an Individual Contributor in a target-driven sales environment.

Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or formal training in Gemology / Gemstone knowledge (GIA, IGI, or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience in B2C eCommerce or luxury retail sales.
