A global financial technology provider is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead growth across India. This business delivers mission-critical software used by major banks for complex workflows across trading, risk, and core banking operations.

You will take full ownership of India as a priority territory, managing key enterprise relationships while driving new business across major banks and financial institutions.

You will have:

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end sales activity across India, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks
    • Develop senior stakeholder relationships with business, risk, treasury, and technology leaders
    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in a complex enterprise environment
    • Strengthen and expand existing accounts, driving year-on-year revenue uplift
    • Build territory plans, manage pipeline health, and ensure accurate forecasting
    • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, product, and global leadership
    • Maintain strong visibility on market trends, competitor activity, and client challenges

What Were Looking For

    • 7+ years of software sales experience, ideally across financial services or enterprise technology
    • Proven success selling into Indian banks or financial institutions
    • Strong senior-level relationship management skills
    • A consultative seller with both account management depth and hunter mentality (targeting 10%+ growth)
    • Experience handling multi-million-dollar accounts and complex enterprise sales cycles
    • Ability to articulate value propositions and engage across business and technology teams
    • High personal drive, commercial sharpness, and comfort operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
