Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion retail, enjoys working with clients on styling and occasion wear, and can drive sales while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits based on occasion, style, and preferences
• Provide styling suggestions and strong product knowledge
• Drive store sales and work towards monthly targets
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
• Handle premium and high-value customers with professionalism
• Coordinate with the design and alterations team for customer requirements
• Maintain store display standards and visual merchandising guidelines
• Manage billing, order tracking, and customer follow-ups
• Support during collection launches, exhibitions, and in-store events

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in fashion retail sales (ethnic wear/designer wear preferred)
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Confidence in dealing with premium clientele
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions
• Well-groomed and presentable personality
• Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons
