Job Overview:

As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will work closely with the sales and management teams to support the entire sales cyclefrom identifying leads to closing deals. This role offers hands-on experience in understanding client requirements, preparing compelling proposals, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts, including leadgeneration, qualification, client meetings,providing demo,proposal drafting,negotiationsand deal closure.
• Conduct market research and client analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and value-based proposals to decision-makers.
• Build andmaintainstrong client relationships to ensure satisfaction andrenewbusiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM software.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 24 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ed-tech, technology, or software industries.
• Experience working with schools, colleges, or education institutions is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management.
• Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
