Senior Sales Executive

We are a growing retail furniture store offering high-quality home and lifestyle furniture. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate who can drive in-store sales and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams for order processing
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• 13 years of retail sales experience (furniture/home dcor experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and customer-oriented personality
• Basic computer knowledge (billing/inventory systems)
