About the Role


Dazor Construction & Interiors is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development for Interior & Construction projects. This role involves strategic client acquisition, high-value deal closure, team coordination, and international client handling, contributing directly to company growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive business development and revenue growth for interior and construction projects
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Manage key domestic and international clients and build long-term relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams for accurate proposals
  • Review and present BOQs, quotations, drawings, and material specifications
  • Guide junior sales/coordinator teams and support sales strategy
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and timelines
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, collections, and growth KPIs
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 35 years of proven experience in interior & construction sales
  • Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of interior and construction materials, finishes, and execution processes
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and project scopes
  • Experience in international client handling or export-oriented projects preferred
  • Valid passport with willingness to travel domestically and overseas
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional reporting
  • Leadership mindset with strong coordination and mentoring skills
