Position: Senior Sales Executive Project / Builder Sales

Industry: Building Materials /MEP / Fire & ELV (preferred)

Location: Hyderabad (Field Role)

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred


Salary & Benefits

  • 40,000 50,000 per month (Fixed)

Role Objective


To drive project sales with builders and developers manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to order closure, and build long-term relationships in the builder segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage builder & developer accounts (Residential & Commercial projects)
  • Handle project-based sales for building materials / MEP / fire protection / ELV products
  • Generate leads through site visits, builder meetings, and references
  • Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, and proposals
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams for technical inputs
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close orders
  • Track project status and ensure order execution support
  • Maintain MIS, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets


Required Experience & Skills

  • 48 years experience in builder / project sales
  • Strong exposure to building materials / construction / project sales
  • Existing builder, consultant, and contractor network is a big advantage
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with field sales & site visits
  • Ability to work independently and close deals


Preferred Background

  • Experience in Fire Protection Systems / ELV / Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Building Materials
  • Prior handling of high-rise residential & commercial projects
