Scriptoniq is a growing provider of global linguistic and language-based project services. We partner with international clients to deliver high-quality solutions across translation, transcription, data collection, proofreading, and a wide range of multilingual content and AI training projects.


Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B service sales within the language, localization, or AI data services industry. The primary focus of this role is to acquire new international clients, build strong business relationships, and expand our global client portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients aligned with the companys strategic focus industries
  • Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, deliver service presentations, and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Drive sales of linguistic and language-based services, including:
  • Translation & Localization
  • Transcription
  • Data Collection
  • Proofreading & Linguistic Validation
  • Multilingual AI training and language projects
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close service contracts
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B service sales experience in localization, language services, or AI-related project services
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business
  • Strong expertise in cold calling, prospecting, and meeting conversion
  • Experience selling services (not products) is mandatory
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with international clients and manage global sales cycles
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
