We are a world class sports academy in the country offering tennis, cricket, pickleball and fitness coaching. Our new campus offers world-class athlete training and recreational opportunities for adults and kids. We provide international-standard programs with expert coaching and holistic development. Our vibrant recreational center features fitness programs, a gym, and wellness spaces to integrate sports and fitness into daily life. Role Description:

Were looking for a people-first Senior Sales Executive / Admissions Counselor to be the face and voice of SRT10 Altevol Centre of Excellence, a world-class sports academy in Ahmedabad. This will be a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Office Management: Welcome walk-ins, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional and positive atmosphere at the academy.
  • Inquiry & CRM Management: Collect contact details from parents/students, update them in our CRM (Zoho), and manage all desk/call inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage incoming phone and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Follow-ups & Coordination: Call and follow up with parents/students regarding trial batches, schedules, and upcoming enrollments.
  • Connect students with the right coaches as needed.
  • Coordinate with parents and students for attendance, reminders, and batch updates.
  • Fee Collection: Handle fee submissions from students/parents at the desk and maintain proper records.
  • Facility Oversight: Report and escalate any issues related to equipment, lighting, air conditioning, or facility upkeep.
  • Administrative Work: Assist in office-related admin tasks including data entry, attendance records, and reports.
  • Follow up with online leads quickly and consistently (speed to lead matters).
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.



Working Hours:

Mon - Sat

11am - 8pm


What were looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
  • Strong phone and in-person communication skills
  • Comfortable handling parents, players, and prospects
  • Organized, responsive, and proactive
  • Great persuasion skills
  • Ability to follow up and close conversations with clarity and warmth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Good to have:

  • Interest in sports (Tennis, Cricket, Pickleball, Badminton)
  • Familiarity with handling leads via calls, WhatsApp, or CRM systems
