Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and career-oriented Engineer / Sr. Engineer Sales professionals to strengthen our B2B Industrial Sales team. The position involves customer relationship management, technical sales coordination, enquiry handling, and business development within the industrial segment, end-to-end customer account management, including order processing, quotation management, complaint resolution, delivery coordination, sales growth, and payment follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will act as the key interface between customers, plant operations, logistics, and sales teams ensuring high service standards, operational accuracy, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and drive timely closure


Sales & Business Development

  • Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order conversion
  • Manage sampling, pilot orders, and production coordination
  • Expand business within existing accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas


Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to offer customized solutions
  • Support implementation planning and provide after-sales technical assistance
  • Work closely with internal teams (production, planning, logistics) to monitor order commitments
  • Share open order reports with customers and track delivery timelines


Operational & Performance Support

  • Monitor customer commitments and ensure service reliability
  • Demonstrate a strong problem-solving approach
  • Work effectively across functions to ensure smooth execution


Education Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree Any Stream
  • Preferred: Mechanical Engineering / Polymer Engineering
