Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge in PLC & SCADA-based automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling key accounts, preparing techno-commercial offers, and achieving sales targets independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers in Pharma, Steel, Mining, EPC, Solar, OEM, and Manufacturing sectors.
Generate enquiries for PLC, SCADA, VFD, Servo, EMS, BMS, and IoT solutions. AMC
Build strong relationships with plant heads, consultants, and purchase teams.
Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQ, and system architecture.
Coordinate with engineering team for costing and solution design.
Attend technical meetings and pre-bid discussions.
Coordinate between customer and execution team during project lifecycle.
Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales pipeline and submit weekly sales reports.
Technical Knowledge RequiredPLC Systems: ABB, Inovance , Siemens (S7), Mitsubishi, Etc.
SCADA Systems: PcVue, WinCC, ABB
Drives & Motion: ABB VFD, Inovance Drives & Servo, Siemens Drives, Schneider Drives, Mitsubishi Servo.
Industrial Communication: Modbus RTU / TCP, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC.
Required QualificationsBachelors Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
3+ years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales.
Strong technical understanding of PLC & SCADA systems.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel (Domestic & International if required).
